The Leadership 360 identifies your areas of strength as a leader, and areas for development, allowing you to develop your leadership capabilities. Every business needs good leaders to drive them forwards to success.
Our Leadership 360 asks questions in eight key areas of leadership. You will be asked to nominate respondents from all around you in the business to provide feedback (your manager, peers, direct reports, team members and other stakeholders).

Results are presented in a clear, understandable report with graphs showing results by category and by question, split by feedback group. Free text responses give actual examples and colleagues’ views for more detailed feedback.
Please add the names and e-mail addresses of your 360 participants to this spreadsheet template and upload it at the Shopping Cart stage using the Upload E-mail Document button. Each participant will then receive an e-mail link to their 360 feedback set-up page, where they can nominate the colleagues they wish to ask for feedback. Colleagues will then receive a link to the feedback questionnaire. After the close for feedback, the completed 360 feedback report will be e-mailed out in pdf format.
