How it works

Many years of experience of providing survey questionnaires has taught us that the process need to be as simple as possible for the respondents in order to get a good response rate. We aim to make our surveys as easy as possible for respondents!

When you purchase an i-comment360 survey, we will provide you with a link which you can e-mail out to all your participants. This link takes them to a registration screen. We ask participants to register their details so we can assess participation and ensure that each person only completes once. Survey responses are anonymous.

The process

Step 1

We provide you with a link to send out to participants. When they click on the link they are taken to a registration screen where they enter their name and e-mail address, and select from the analysis groups that you have provided. Names are collected to assess participation only; responses are anonymous. Participants can then complete the survey questions.

Step 2

The survey will be left open for three weeks for participants to complete. We will keep you updated on participation rates.

Step 3

After the close date, the report will be generated and e-mail it to you in pdf format.

Team Check-in Survey

The survey is designed to be quick and easy for teams to complete. It can for the basis of a team meeting, using the report to stimulate discussion and consider ideas. Results are presented in a clear report, with graphs showing responses by category and question, and anonymised free text comments.
