The Team Check-in Survey is a great way to check in with your team.  It’s a way of checking if everything is working as it should be, spotting issues before they become problems and giving your team the best working environment possible to do their jobs effectively.   

At a time where teams may be working remotely, in various locations, or coming back to work in an office again after a period of remote working, it is important that everyone feels value, safe and understood.  Employee wellbeing is an increasing focus for organisations. 

In addition to wellbeing, the survey also covers key area such as communication, support, tools and management. 

The survey is designed to be quick and easy for teams to complete.  It can for the basis of a team meeting, using the report to stimulate discussion and consider ideas.  Results are presented in a clear report, with graphs showing responses by category and question, and anonymised free text comments.

Re-run the survey in 6 to 12 months time to see the improvements made. Previous scores can be included in the report for comparison.  The Team Check in Survey is for up to 20 participants. If you have more team members, please contact us.
