Engaged employees are happier, work harder, stay with a company longer, take less sick day and are more productive.  Our Business Pulse Survey looks at the key areas of employee engagement, taking the Pulse of your business so you can identify areas for improvement.   

This survey is designed to be completed by all staff in an organisation.  It can be run six monthly or annually, comparing results from one survey to the next to track progress.  

The survey covers all the essential elements of engagement, including Leadership, Teamworking, Wellbeing, Processes and more.  Participants rate statements in each category and also provide free text responses to give more detail on what is going well and what they would like to improve.   

Survey responses are anonymous, and are presented to you in a clear, easy to understand report.  Responses can be analysed by Department, Team, Position in the Company, Length of Service; choose up to three analysis groups to suit your organisation’s needs.   

The survey is quick and easy to set up and we recommend leaving two to three weeks for participants to respond.  Results are delivered shortly after the close date.

Previous scores can be added to the report for repeat surveys. Includes up to 100 participants, however if you have more staff members to complete the survey, please contact us.
