Personality Profiles – How it works

How it works

When you purchase Persona Personality Profiles, we ask for the names and e-mail addresses of the participants. Each participant will receive a link to the Persona questionnaire via e-mail.

Before filling in the questionnaire we ask you to confirm your preferred pronouns to be used in the report.

The process

Step 1

Each question in the Persona questionnaire consists of four sets of words. We ask you to rank these set of words as they apply to you. The set of words that is most like you should be rated 4, the set of words that is least like you should be rated 1

Step 2

You can’t rank two sets of words the same e.g. two 3’s or the system will not allow you to proceed. Once you have selected a 1, 2, 3 and 4 for each question, click Next to move to the next question.

Step 3

Once you have completed the questionnaire, your reports will be e-mailed to you or to the person who ordered the reports.  The reports contain an explanation of the colour system, however more information can be found on our Personality page.
